When February rolls around here in Puerto Vallarta I always like to look back and see what we’ve done over these last few winter months. December was full of rod-bending action with fantastic weather and we had pretty much the same in January. The pelagic fish definitely have hung around this winter. The Puerto Vallarta fishing report starts off with some changes this month. First and foremost is the cooling weather and some water temperature changes In the bay and offshore. We had incredible temperatures in November to fish off of. Since the temperatures had dropped a few degrees inshore and offshore fishing. We have had to rethink our fishing places and plans.
