There’ll be many big celebrations here in Puerto Vallarta along with big fish to go with it. We’ll start with the hot inshore action. The Puerto Vallarta fishing report starts off with some changes this month. First and foremost is the cooling weather and some water temperature changes In the bay and offshore.
